Dear Members,

Please be advised that Mountaineering Ireland’s Annual General Meeting will take place as an online-only meeting on Tuesday, May 27th, 2025 at 7.00pm. Delegates will be able to participate via Zoom, while other members will be able to watch the meeting live on YouTube. There were no Motions received and there are three nominees for election to the Board of Mountaineering Ireland, all of whom are current co-opted members of the Board.

AGM Registration

Mountaineering Ireland strongly encourages all clubs to avail of their voting rights by nominating Delegates to attend the AGM. Individual Members also have voting rights and are encouraged to register to attend.

Individual members must register for themselves by completing this form.

Club Delegates must be registered by a member of the Club Committee who is nominating that delegate on behalf of the club. Please ensure that you enter the correct email address for your delegate, so they receive the Zoom link. A delegate must be a full member of the club and not an associate member. Please complete this form to register your club delegate(s).

To uphold the integrity of the voting, only registered delegates will be in attendance on Zoom. The deadline for registration is 2pm on Monday 26th May. The link for the Zoom meeting will be emailed to registered attendees after the deadline has passed.
